Byrdies Beach House is a 2 bedroom/2 bath beautifully designed custom-built oceanfront home with a Port Orford cedar interior, red cedar shingle exterior, Anderson wood windows & French doors, and custom woodwork throughout. Base Occupancy is 6 guests and the house can accommodate up to 10 guests. Please note we have a guest fee of $10 +tax per night per guest over the base occupancy. We are pet friendly- so furry members of the family are welcome for a non-refundable "per dog" pet fee.
Enjoy the granite kitchen with custom maple cabinets, two granite bathrooms, granite gas fireplace, multiple skylights, and hardwood maple and Italian tile floors throughout. Relax in the two large livings spaces including our large family room/bunk room. Bask above the ocean on the cedar deck, complete with a spa, fire pit and custom cedar tables. This home also includes full sets of linens (down comforters, sheets, and towels) and all cooking and dining utensils.
