We know there are no two wedding events alike, which is why we’ve added the hourly venue rental option to our offerings! On any Monday - Thursday, you can now rent Arch Rock Main Lawn, Mervue Estate, Byrdies Beach House, Cove Lawn, or Sandstone Point & Cove Beach for 2+ hours. No matter which venue you choose, you get:

Our petite wedding package starts at $15,750 and can be expanded to accommodate up to 30 guests, available Monday through Thursday. This semi-inclusive option ensures a luxury, stress-free celebration with these features:

Our dinner reception package starts at $12,750 and accommodates up to 30 guests, available Monday through Thursday. This semi-inclusive option ensures a charming and memorable evening with these features:

Beach Package
For $1,100, enhance your event by heading to our private beach with the complete event rental package, including:
Shepherd hooks with battery lanterns (clients install)
One bathroom and washing station
Three 8ft farm tables

Twelve 4ft benches
Metal fire rings
Two large coolers
Garbage setup and collection
A first aid kit with a fire extinguisher for added safety and convenience

Add an additional event to your celebration with a rehearsal, Sunday brunch, or any type of gathering you dream up at one of our homes. From intimate affairs to larger, more elaborate occasions, we work with you to bring your vision to life. The cost varies based on location and guest count, allowing you to create a completely personalized experience that reflects your style and makes your weekend even more memorable. Starts at $1,500
