Headland House is a two-story, 5+ bedroom/3 bath home offering the convenience of multiple bedrooms and several living rooms - allowing for both personal privacy and group fellowship experiences. For those needing extra space, we have a bunk room with 2 sets of twins along with 2 convertible couches to accommodate larger groups. The great room is on the top floor with 2 beds/1 bath and a lounge area making it easy to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. Whether your tastes range from modern to old fashioned - there is a room for you here!
Featuring open beams, custom tile, leather furniture, a gas stove, a large deck, outdoor spa, fully equipped kitchen, and upgraded linens with down comforters - this home meets your need to feel completely at home. A total of five homes are located at this site at The Cove and this home can accommodate the largest groups/families.
Base Occupancy is 10 guests and the house can accommodate up to 16 guests. Please note we have a guest fee of $10 +tax per night per guest over the base occupancy. We are pet friendly- so furry members of the family are welcome for a non-refundable "per dog" pet fee.
