The Lookout House is a stunning, two-bedroom/one-bath luxury home situated directly above the cliffs on the Pacific Ocean. Spectacular views to the north, west, and south extend for miles down the coast and from the private hot tub perched west of the home. High-end Viking and Sub-Zero appliances in a well-dressed kitchen allow weekend warrior chefs to make masterpiece meals. For outdoor cooking, a charcoal grill is located on the front patio. The home also features a mud room with a washer & dryer. The home sleeps up to 4 guests; please note that no children under 10 or pets are allowed.

A dual-sided gas fireplace in the great room and the master suite creates a warm, intimate ambiance, setting the stage for a romantic retreat in the great grand room and open-concept living space. The kitchen eating area has a small movable island with two bar chairs and a multipurpose café/game table serving as another eating location for two. A full master bedroom with fireplace and loft sleeps four easily. Both sleeping areas are indulged with California King beds, and access to the loft space is by a metal spiral staircase. Enjoy private beach access to a charming beach cove. Five homes are located at this site at The Cove, this is the most secluded home with its own road upon entrance to the estate.
