Your information may be shared with third-party providers necessary to complete your reservation, including eviivo Limited (our booking platform), payment processors operating in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards, and third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO where applicable.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Payment card details are not retained by Crook Point after your stay is complete.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Payment transactions are processed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
